Product works great. Easy to put toghether. I only wish that the top of the roller ball was built a bit more sturdy. The sleeve where it slides into is short and top heavy. I have not had any problems with it so far. If the sleeve was longer and also had a screw to hold it in place it would be more sturdy. Its a simple fix.
